Logan Winegar is a Houston native and graduated from Westfield High School. She spent much of her childhood as an active member of community sports programs like volleyball and basketball. She also volunteered with the Special Olympics and Ronald McDonald House during her high school years before setting her sights on college. Logan attended Baylor University in Waco, TX, and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in 2010. She went on to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas, TX, in 2013.
While completing her graduate degree, Logan gained a great deal of experience with inpatient rehabilitation, pediatric populations, and patients with orthopedic injuries. In addition, she volunteered at Camp John Marc for children with muscular dystrophy before completing her final clinical rotation at Advanced Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine under the supervision of our very own Vicky Sanderson and has now returned as a full-time therapist. Logan has a passion for the area of orthopedics with a special interest in pediatric populations. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and Texas Physical Therapy Association (TPTA).
